To make a Brigadeiro Gourmet, quality ingredients are indispensable. We use the best ingredients found locally, and adapt recipes to include purely Swiss elements.

CONDENSED MILK

We use condensed milk made in Switzerland. Made with whole milk, the condensed milk has a thick and very creamy texture, which leaves the Brigadeiros with a firmer structure.

CHOCOLATE

Callebaut chocolate is the only one used inside the Brigadeiro dough. This chocolate is produced to provide the best quality chocolates using Belgian production methods. We use the variations W2, 823 and 811.

CREAM

Although Switzerland is know for their quality creams, they contain too much fat to be used in Brigadeiro production. That's why we use Brazilian cream with 20% fat, from Nestlé.
